Our Impact on BIPOC Creative Communities

We’re building a collective where BIPOC stories aren’t just heard, but celebrated and sustained.

Through our programs and partnerships, we create spaces that connect, empower, and uplift BIPOC creatives in Winnipeg and beyond. From events to directories to hands-on collaborations, everything we do is rooted in community and built to last.

Communities + Creatives Directory

We’re building a living database of BIPOC – owned businesses and BIPOC – led creatives across Manitoba. For now, the directory is private as we grow and refine it – but down the line, it will be available exclusively to members of the collective. Our goal is to make it a trusted bridge between local businesses and the creative community – ensuring transparency, recommending only those we confidently stand behind, and funnelling meaningful opportunities to BIPOC creatives.

Collaborations & Partnerships

We connect BIPOC creatives with value – aligned organizations, businesses, and initiatives. Through these relationships, we share community events, highlight job opportunities, and open doors for creatives to access work that values their time and talent. Every partnership we pursue is grounded in equity, transparency, and lasting impact.
